Our second meeting of the “Galactic Gas Distribution and Cosmic-Ray Transport (GaGaDiCT)” collaboration was hosten by our group in Aachen.
We invited all collaboration members from Innsbruck and Munich and a guest speaker (Carmelo Evoli) from L’Aquila who gave an interesting talk titled “On the origin of cosmic ray breaks”.

The PhD-students of this project gave talks about progress regarding our individual sub-projects. In broad terms, this concerns cosmic ray sources (Andrés Ramírez), cosmic rays (Hanieh Zandinejad), and gases (Laurin Söding). We furthermore discussed the details of bringing our individual works together. Results of these endeavours will soon be published – keep you eyes open!
